Material Standard Surface | Extra Roughness issue

Hi,

I'm using Macbook Pro 16 M2 Max with macOS 13.4, Houdini 19.5.569 (ARM) and the latest Octane Solaris build.
I'm having problem with Extra Roughness setting for transmission section in Standard Surface.
I also tried Octane Standalone and Octane X on iPad, nothing gonna happen when I changed that setting up and down.

Is this a core problem with Octane on macOS and will it gonna be fixed soon ?
I want to archive the simple cloudy look inside object like this image below with standard surface extra roughness that works normally in Redshift.

Testing a rudimentary scene (essentially one central asset, a plane, a light, PT kernel) in Standalone could tell if it's a core issue.
I can personally confirm that it does work as expected on Windows (Core/Standalone).

As far as I can tell it works fine on Windows, so this might be a Mac-specific issue. If you have a simple standalone scene that shows the issue I recommend you post in the General Support forum (viewforum.php?f=23).
