I can't render anything at all on most projects, i'm constantly getting these errors after a few frames, even though I have 21GB available VRAM and 30GB OOC enabled

GPU: RTX 3090
Octane: 2022.1.1_R5 (also tried R4)
W11
Latest Studio NVidia driver

- I've tried using DDU to wipe my GPU drivers and re-installing studio drivers.
- Windows is up to date.
- My scene isn't even large, uses render instances, no denoising.
- Kernel is PT with 128 samples + multipass EXR.
- Highest res texture is 4K, the rest are lower. No displacement either in any of the materials.
- My GPU is undervolted if that makes a difference to anything.
