displacement issue after scaling

I have been creating a foil embossed logo on a bottle using a composite material and a displacement map.
I have to scale the whole object down to 10% of it's original size to render it in another scene, and when I do the displacement does not look the same, it's messed up.
Is there a way to scale the object and keep the displacement looking exactly the same?
