EmberGen FX

EmberGen gives me this message when I enter my info. I'm on an Annual Maintenance subscription.

Hi,
for EmberGen and all the extra software, you need a Studio+ license, not a Maintenance.

Okay I will message them. But I have to say this is confusing / disturbing. I've had access to the software for a long time. Because initially I had the Enterprise licensing subscription. And just to have all the extra software I paid for taking away is concerning.
