Maxon 2023 or Octane bug? Crash when LV is open

Not sure if this is a Maxon bug or otherwise. Repeatable and only showing up in 2023 not R23.
1. With the Octane Live Viewer open and running, create a primate or new material
2. Double-click the name of the object or material in their respective managers.
3. Type a new name for either an object or material
4. Press return and Cinema will wedge
5. Open task manager and end process
It appears this only happens when the Octane Live viewer window is open. If I close the Live Viewer, I can rename files in the Object Viewer and update color values with a problem. Once I open the Octane Live Viewer, that's when the bug appears, and only wedges Cinema once I hit the return key.
The Octane log viewer doesn't report anything when the crash/wedge happens. Here's a paste regardless:
