Otoy took money from me twice

I bought the annual account before my account expired
But today, money was automatically withdrawn from my account again
How can I return the money?

I question Otoy Support, it seems as if the programmers put their hands in support and they are just doing willy nilly things to customers just to claim; our sales value is up. When can we have a company party ?

In my experience, if you do your best to gather the pertinent information together before asking any company's Support for help, and treat them with professional respect, they will generally go out of their way to help resolve the problem. That has certainly been my experience with OTOY over the last six years; I've received nothing but top-notch support.
