OSL Noise from Displacement to poly mesh?

Hi,
is there any way to convert the OSL noises in/from the Displacement channel to a C4D polygon mesh? Can I convert the displacement from Octane somehow to a mesh? Thx!

Edit: I have the idea of exporting the baked Noise as map? That is the only way?
