Hi,
Sometimes when I export a scene to standalone I can't find scene render node.
No problem to batch render, but I can't make any change for the render as I can't select the node...
Any clue ?
Thanks

Hi,
Even from the Scene Outliner panel? Any screenshot or scene information that can be shared here?

Hi, I'm not very familiar with Octane standalone. I'm very frighten with its UI because I use to clic, scroll,... a lot as in Max and in Octane UI I make a ot of unwanted things

In scene outliner I can't find target render node in some export.
If I clic on Target render node in node inspector, I should have the node selected ?

Beppe links are strongly recommended. Also
this Standalone Guide.
This is what I was referring to (panel is on the left):

Could you screenshot what you get in Standalone?
Or, could you share the problematic .orbx file so beppe or someone else could troubleshoot it?
Even a basic scene as long as the issue is occurring/reproducible.

Hi, as I don't like to say something wrong, I checked my octane files and found every time a scene render target...
I suspect my problem to be from using different versions of the software or before 11/28 update ( ??? ) and for my render job I needed to have both computers to be on same version.
Now it seems to be ok, except that buttons in the Node inspector like "Selects the render target node and shows it in the node inspector" works only if the Scene render target had been selected in scene outliner.
All is fine, I'm happy !
