How i can buy a perpetual account ???
i couldn't see button in shop page

Why?

They (OTOY) killed (silently) perpetual version since v2020 (that was last perpetual licence possible to buy) .
So to answer you directly, you CAN'T, you only can RENT Octane render engine.

Why ? - Well i have no idea, you need to ask the upper management of OTOY for that answer .

Just out of curiosity: You were able to purchase a perpetual license till a few month ago. The Shop text said:

- One Perpetual license to OctaneRender Enterprise Standalone Edition (final 2020.x release - irrespective of when maintenance period expires)

In addition maintenance included:
- For perpetual 2020.x license holders: provides access to future perpetual license upgrades beyond Octane 2020.x (so long as maintenance is continuously extended without interruption)

So were there any "future perpetual license upgrades"? Or are all of these license falling back to 2020.x now?

Yep, if you stop paying RENT you go back to v2020 but only IF you purchased perpetual v2020 (while it was available), if you didn't purchase perpetual 2020 then you fall back to v4...

so the maintenance was already a subscription all the time.. Mhm I can't say I like how this was handled.
