Hello,
I installed the Octane demo into Maya 2018 but I get the message that “The following license / subscriptions are required but were not available from your account”. What can we do here to get it to launch? Maya 2018, Mac OSX 11.7, Mac Pro. I have other versions of Maya that I could load if they would work better with Octane.

under macOS 11 Big sur, you are forced to use OctaneX PR11, have you tried with this version?

Hi Beppe,
Thanks for getting back to me. The version you gave me a link to is the same version I installed into Maya 2018 and it didn’t launch. Is there something else we can try? I could move up to OSX 12 but it is only compatible with Maya 2023 and I noticed your demo doesn’t work with that version of Maya. Any ideas? Would I have these same issues if I got the full paid version installed in OS X 11 Big Sur?

Hi Beppe,
I tried re-downloading the program from that link and reinstalling it. I got the message "You have successfully applied for the Octane X™ Prime Free Trial". Still doesn't work. All the materials, cameras and nodes load into Maya but it refuses to allow me to render. Can I delete my account and start over with a new account? Any other ideas?
