MRQ rendering support for stills and animation with and without unreal's postprocessing effects as an important quality-of-life update considering sequencer's legacy renderer is deprecated and MRQ is a much better alternative

I’ve been using MRQ for a while now, and honestly, it’s such a relief compared to the old sequencer renderer.
