Octane subscription not working?

Hi all, let me first apologize for my bad english.

I was at the end of my maintenance period and saw the BFridays offer, so i bought an annual suscription in order to have Octane another year registered. After the purchase, the Octane Render windows still shows "13 days left". Did i do anything wrong? I wonder if i had to buy an Octane Maintenance, if so, what can i do to have a refund (Im not interested in anything like GSG, Kitbash etc, only the account being active and working with the renderer plugin) and buy then the Maintenance?

I´m sorry if Its me but I find so confusing the options to have Octane working on the machine I think its understandable the mistake (If thats the case). Also, I had sent an email to support a few days ago and got no answer yet so if anybody can help me with this It would be very appreciated.

Hi,
please cancel the old subscription to avoid the automatic renew.

To cancel a subscription, please, follow the instructions at the following link:

Basically you need to visit your personal Octanelive subscription page:
https://render.otoy.com/account/subscriptions.php
Then click on the View Info button, and finally click on the Cancel Subscription button:

And upgrade c4doctane to 2022.1:
