Dial Bug?

Hey Paul, I think I found a bug. Several dials usually related to emissions or over the 100 settings. Has this little issue where when I get around one it jumps from one to absolute zero and it's hard to select in between. And also where the one is located I would think that it'll be further down the line or at least halfway. But as I said this is only related normally to the settings that have over 100. Any settings between one and 10 or 15 or anything under a hundred don't seem to have that issue.
