There's maybe a problem, I don't know I don't have any access to things like that
Check your spam folder, sometimes mail servers react strange

It's the same for me, I bought my licence a little less than 1 hour ago.
I'm going to make few laps with iracing.com service

Im not sure but I think that currently the system is not automatic
So Radiance need to be awake to send licenses
And to promote you in the forum so you got access to the customers forums

Sorry but i need to sleep too...
Normally we offer 24/24 as we are both in europe and NZ,
but not on weekends.
