Motion blur broken by loops and keyframe extensions

The attached project has 2 spinning men, they animate identically. If you render frame 25 of the project though, you will get this:
The right guy is fine, the left guy looks rubbish with clear ghosts of the model visible. This has been a problem in octane forever, it is only today though that I finally worked out what was happening. the problem happens when the user activates any repeat, loop, pingpong or continue effects in the timeline. ie. The left guy only has 10 seconds of animation, I have right clicked the animation in the timeline and under the 'after' section, I have enabled 'continue'; so that after the animation finishes, he continues rotating.
This breaks all octane motion blur.
Affects all octane versions up to 2021.1.5
