Not sure which avenue to get help on this. My RNDR Job consists of a multiple file output of 200 frames.
The MAIN pass completed in an hour or so… but it has hung on 99% for a couple of hours and the other passes are Denise and Shadow and OCC.

Is this normal?

Have you tried to render the scene in Standalone in your machine?

Yeah runs fine on my machine and finishes up etc.
The weird thing is I can approve all the frames and they all are accepted and it shows all of them.
Just ran another job yesterday afternoon and same thing. Finished at around 7PM this morning its still saying 99% done and not letting me download the files.

I’ll send a support request.
