Strange look when compositing Specular Images

I rendered a Car with a specular Material on the windows, i tried out using all the options concerning alpha channel (straight alpha, fake shadows, thin walls, keep environment) and everything else i would somehow link to the problem but so far no luck. If i place an object behind the car in C4D , the glass and opacity behave correctly, but once its rendered and composited in Photoshop or AE it looks odd, as if the reflections were missing. It seems the alpha chanel misinterprets the opacity once its rendered out, or something similar. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
make sure that the Affect Alpha option is enabled in the Common tab of the Specular material:
3FD15133-7527-4938-B612-A15E2F173F2F.jpeg
and Disable partial Alpha option is disabled in the Camera Imager node.

ciao,
Beppe
