Packed Instances and nested dielectrics

Nested dielectrics don't work when using packed instances, is this a bug or expected behavior?
using
houdini 19.0.383
octane 2021.1.1.1

While working with packed geo instances you can't mix regular mesh data and packed geometry in the same OBJ node. The workaround in your scene is to pack also the duck object.
