chaos texture issue

I'm trying to use the fundamental texture "chaos texture" but it doesn't work on the displacement channel.
The first image shows the right material but without the chaos texture, the second has applied the chaos texture to diffuse and displacement channel but only the diffuse channel it works.
I've tried to upload the rhino file too but I can't. Anyway, it's a very simple test to do. I hope is not a limitation for the chaos texture channel cause it could be a big issue.

Hi

Procedural textures like the Chaos Texture cannot be directly connected to a Displacement Texture. Instead, use a Baking Texture to convert the Chaos Texture into a structure that the Displacement Texture can use.

Exactly.

So, to resume it:

- you have a tiled map and you want to avoid visible tiling.
- you use chaos node to break tiles.

BUT

- Displacement will need baking in order to work. So you will get visible tiling again.
- Not only: in order to have all maps matching in your material, you need to bake ALL of them, which will end in an extremely heavy material, and it will still have tiling.

This is just an example of what i say when i say Material system in Octane is too behind standards.
My praise again: Otoy, please, stop spending time on 5 yrs ahead features and fix broken stuff. There's plenty of work to do on material system in order to bring it up to current Industry standards.
