What is going on with support?

I contacted Support on Saturday when my Octane license suddenly said it was expired (it isn't).
It's now Wednesday and I haven't heard back from anyone, though I did receive an automated reply. I even sent them more information in a second email and...nothing.
Are they really busy right now?
