Orbx crashes when sending export

Hello, i was working on some big scenes, and wanted to send them to cloud rendering , the problem is, when i send the orbx export from the "cloud" option on the live viewer, it crashes afterexporting scenes, i mean i have the window popping tellin e that octane plugin crashes...even after activated ORBX exporter in the render parameters, its always crashing... Excuses my english, not perfect but trying my best to explain what is the problem

sadly, the file is really heavy, and cant manage to send it here, (more than 28go) , at end , i found the solution, so i tried to launch orbx directly from the "file>_export_orbxpackage" then, it create orbx file from begining to the end without crash. which push me to ask, is there some limitation for files in cloud rendering ?
