How do Blender licenses work?

Hi There,
I have Mac Standalone/Plugin licenses which expire 24/03/2022. But when I try to login to Octane via Blender, there are no active subscriptions.
Also, I'm often bounced between multiple Otoy sites and asked to log-in multiple times just to download Octane or see subscription info - and am often dumped at completely unrelated pages after login. Is it just me or is it a bit of a mess?
Any help understanding how it all works would be much appreciated.
