converter Corona 7-8 to Octane

does not understand octane materials

you're right, when you convert any material say missing mtl and don't appeat in the scene, extern error
but if you convert to corona 8 to proxy the object, you can use this proxy into octanerender, i don't understand why you can't use octane proxy into corona 8 o 7

perhaps an deactived option in corona 8 to use octane proxy ?

what does the proxy have to do with it, I'm talking about a simple understanding of the materials of the new crown, they changed the algorithm in the materials

The new materials from Conora 7 (CoronaPhysicalMtl, CoronaSelectMtl, CoronaShadowCatcherMtl) will be supported in the coming release (12.09)
