Save render to file after x samples
I don't know if this was a Modo-specific setting, but if my memory is correct there was an option to save JPG to file after x sample has been reached. This was great for final renders. Lets say I have a complex scene that will take hours to render, and I need to leave the office and hit render. And if I set this option to let's say 1000 samples, it will save a JPG at each 1000 reached in my case to Google Drive. And I can check on my phone how it looks and that it's still alive and rendering.
Autosave to file when render is done
I get an automatic 16-Bit EXR-file when render is done from the settings under 'Render AOV Group' in Render settings. Is there an option to just add numbers after it, to not overwrite the same file every time?
And is there an option somewhere to get a simple 8-Bit JPG for fast preview, when render is done?
