Device Settings Reset after Crash

My device settings are constantly reset to a default setting after Octane Crashes.
I have 4 RTX 2060's. The first two GPU's have Use Priority, Use for Tonemap, Use for Denoising TURNED OFF.
The 3rd and 4th GPU have everything TURNED ON.
After an octane crash, all 4 GPU's have 'Use for Denoising' turned on. I don't think this is limited to any particular version of C4D or Octane, as this has been happening for a very long time. Nonetheless, I'm using R23.110 / Octane 2020.2.5 / Windows 10 / Nvidia 472.12
