How to load a full render. (now is only 10%)

Hi. a question about the load on the processor and video card during rendering. The processor and video card are loaded by only 10%, why is that? I attach the render settings. Is that how it should be or is my computer just chilling?

Hi TFX,
you can check GPU load installing GPU-z.
