A PROBLEM ON Octane X for sketchup2021

Octane X for sketchup2021 macbook16 with amd 5500m ，macos bigsur11.5.1 。
I'm glad to realize that such a real-time renderer is in the MacBook, but there is a problem. At first, it works. When I drag a SKP file into SketchUp, an error occurs.
In the lower right corner of the rendering window: "AMD RADEON PRO 5500M(FAILED).0/8176/8176MB"
Is there a solution? thank you
