Sorry for the late reply.
yes, Maya 2022 is supported from OctaneRender for Maya 2021rc1-20.2 [BETA]!!
It is not stable yet since there was huge work done on our Render pass

Thanks for the answer, but it seems RC 1 as an issue ith RTX and 3090, so gonna wait for a release of the plugin for RC 2
