Julius Ihle's Windowbox OSL shader for Octane

While I can easily use Julius Ihle's Windowbox OSL shader for Octane in Cinema 4D I cannot get it to work in Octane for Modo or Lightwave.
Exporting the shaders from C4D as Orbx is not working out either.

I have no knowledge of this OSL shader. Perhaps you could provide some more information if you need some help with it.

It works great in Cinema 4D with both Octane and Redshift.
In Modo the output from OSL Texture will not connect to the Diffuse material Emission input (it does in C4d)
Also the Image Texture file node as no Browse button to add an image file. (it is present in C4d)

Can you post an orbx from c4d with a single plane and this OSL script working?

I managed to get this working in 2020.2.x, but its failing in the 2021.1 plugin for some reason.

You can load your own image into the modo clips viewport, drag it into the schematic and connect it to the "OSL Filename" channel

This appears to be an issue with Octane 2021.1 XB1. I have reported it to OTOY.

Ah that was silly of me. When I installed 2020.2 it popped up that a newer version was available so I installed it even though it was beta.
Your scene works with 2020.2 so I will retry the orbx files.
