Octane and Deadline? octane_node.cfg??

So I know you need to rent the Enterprise version of Octane. I know you THEN need to also rent a render node version. However upon doing all of this. Installing and configuring the service, Octane is looking for a "c:\octane_node.cfg" file. This file does not exist. I don't know where or why it's asking for this. I did this 2-years ago and this was not an issue. So this is something new. Anyone run in to this?
