Wrong benchmark for RTX 3060 laptop GPU

I've just purchased a laptop with RTX 3060 seeing that it performs much better than my RTX 2060 Super desktop edition on the official benchmark tests. Here are the results: https://render.otoy.com/octanebench/sum ... %28RTON%29
As you can see, the score results are 334 at max and 261 at min. Taking these numbers into account, RTX 3060 Laptop GPU is expected to score a lot better than RTX 2060 S Desktop. In reality, however, I'm getting 3 times slower performance on the same scene (Pathtracing, same settings, RTX accelaration is ON on both platforms). On desktop (2060 S) it renders in 9sec, on the laptop it renders in 28sec, which makes me think whether I'm doing something wrong.
I'll return the laptop if there's no way to get close to the performance I'm getting from my RTX 2060 S. Any help would be much appreciated.
