Octane could not be loaded in UE4

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting OctanePlugin running with UE4 4.26.2
Error message: "Plugin 'OctanePlugin' failed to load because module 'OctanePlugin' could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or may not be properly set up."
I already tried some methods but nothing works so far.
