Help Please on Plugin activation

Ok.
Been a way for awhile.
Opened up LW and Octane says my License is active on the web site, but I can not activate plugin?
Lightwave 2015.3 64 Bit
Version 4.0
Plugin build 4.05.0.0 sep1 2018
Octane API Build 4.05
Octane DLL Build 4050000
So do I need to download a newer version ???

Your license seems to be already activated, perhaps in another old system. You need to unlock it from this same web page. Be aware that you only have 5 unlocks available.

Interesting that this is the only machine I use.
Last time I used LW it worked?
I did upgrade to Windows 10 pro from Windows 7 Ultimate. Would the OS upgrade have maybe have something to do with it?
Hmmm.
How does the unlock work? never had to use it?
Will read the documentation over a few more times and get a better understanding before I do anything.

I still can't use it after I bought it. My number of unlocking times has been used up.

I sent an email to support
still can't get it to do anything
what do you mean about the Unlocks ?? how doe that work ??
there is no documentation that explains the Unlocks ? that I could find any who ...

got a response... finally....
they keep asking what operating system I am using....
I told them 3 times windows 10...
they have not done anything in regards to doing anything to remedy the problem...
I have done all the person has said to do....
And it appears to be at there end not mine as far as deactivating the license so my machine could reactivate the license....
sent all the screen shoots of every thing
really simple problem everything good at my end anyways
