Greetings,

After installing the OctaneRender Demo 2020.2 (Standalone edition) and opening up the Octane application it asks me to download NVIDIA cuDNN. After i click download nothing happens. When i open the Octane-client application it asks me to do the same (Download NVIDIA cuDNN) but again after downloading nothing happens.
When i click on the 'Open destination folder' nothing happens.
The OctaneRender folder in my AppData>Roaming folder is empty.

Running the demo as Admin doesn't help.

I have a RTX 2070 Super.

I updated both my Game and Studio drivers.
Game Ready Driver version 466.27.
Studio Driver Version 462.59.
Selecting either of these doesn't fix the problem.

Running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit edition.

Hi,
make sure to have updated Win 10 to 2004 or greater.
Then please try to run OctaneBench 2020.2.3, and report back, thanks:

Thank you for your reply.

Windows 10 is fully up to date and i can run your linked file of OctanceBench without any problems, it boots up straight away (it doesnt ask me to download NVIDIA cuDNN).

I have the same problem with RTX 2060. I downloded cudnn manually and placed it in designated folder after I clicked download button two times (downloaded 2 times) but download windows opens still.

When i download and install the .zip you have linked i still have the same problem.

I have to investigate more deeply.

When I download manually it simply doesn't see it there. When you click the button on download screen to open path, it opens the folder I created with the DLLs in it. So the path is correct.

i have also faced same issue with the demo version.
