"ignore unused materials" ignores instances

The "ignore unused materials" checkbox in the octane render settings first page does not function correctly when instances are used.
If the original geometry is hidden and the user has placed instances of the object, all instances will have no materials applied because octane considers those materials are unused, even though they are.
