Same problem, I even renewed my sub/ changed my password to be sure.

P.S: as far as I remember I still have 10 days left.

Hi,
the problem you are having could be caused by an issue during deactivation, due to Windows update , or a crash, or an issue with internet connection.
For example, if the IP address is changed, while the licenses were active, they have not been deactivated after exit from Octane, and are still seen as active, waiting for the old IP address to be back online.

You need to visit your personal Octanelive page, and deactivate your licenses by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both licenses, Standalone and plugin, if they are listed in blue as Active:
for Perpetual licenses
for Subscription and Prime licenses

Please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.

ok I have done this but its the second month in a row this happens. I am getting out of unlocks and then what can I do? there has to be a more permanent fix and the unlock limit is kinda bs. why would there be a limit for a product I am paying for?
