Why is my ram amount usage so high?

Hi everyone, i don't understand why my amount of ram used is so high, i've 16gb vram and even with easy scenes cinema's eating 15gb of ram

please check that the GPU Headroom is set to 300/512 MB, in the Devices panel.
If yes, please share some screenshots.
