Hi there,

my Slave Node is replying with the following message, when sending a C4D R.20 Renderjob via live viewer to it:

Launching net render node (10021201) with master 192.168.XX.XXX:1025
Pass '' is not initialized.
Verify if there is a pass dependency cycle.
Required Passes:
Pass '' is not initialized.
render node crashed or was stopped via CTRL-C
Started logging on 07.03.21 20:16:39

This Message is repeating a view times then the console stops with the following line:

I'm unsing 3x 2080ti on the Host System and 2x Quadro A6000 on the render node. The error occurres every time i try to send a render job.

PS: All running on Windows 10 - Latest Build, latest Updates and latest GPU driver.

Hi,
are you able to render with Standalone 2020.2 in the Render-Node machine?
You need a new cuDNN library with 2020.2.
If not installed, at first start, you will be asked to press the Download button, to automatically install a new cuDNN library to run it correctly:

Which Quadro Nvidia driver have you installed in the render-Node machine?

Hi,
i'm using 461.72. Regarding the cuDNN library, i've copied the library from my host system to the node before i started the render node client. This morning when i turned on the render node i took a look into the windows update application and it showed up a couple of new optional drivers, also an nvidia driver. After installing this update that wasn't shown me by yesterday - i was able to run octane benchmark. So i gave the render node client / deamon another try and it seems to work. No errors anymore.

Thats a bit strange and needs some investigation.
