I think I figured out the best skin setup, here it is

After weeks of trial and error, watching every tutorial out there and especially dissecting Iray and Marmoset's skin material system, I think I finally cracked the way to highly realistic skin textures.
I know Octane doesn't specialize in Skin texturing like some other engines but I think I got pretty close! Lemma know what you think
