Subscription/License Issue

Hi all,

Would anyone have any ideas why all of a sudden Octane is telling me that I don't have an active All Access license?

Subscription is up to date (expires June 2021), was working fine yesterday but now it asks me to login whenever I try to start Standalone or the Lightwave plugin. I do so and I get an error message saying there is no active all access license on my account when in my account screen I can see that it is active.

Can you please send an email to [email protected] reporting this issue? The licensing team will take a look at it.
