Octane Blender Edition skips Authentication

Hello I'm unable to Authenticate my Octane license, because the Authentication Screen does not occur when opening Blender Octane Edition.
It skips all authentication and opens straight into Blender.
I am using a paid Subscription to Octane Render Studio Plugin License and Octane Render Studio Standalone.
Here are the steps I've taken to install, perhaps I am doing something wrong.
1.Installed OctaneServer_Studio 2020.1.5_22.0_xb
2.Installed Blender_Octane_Edition_2020.15_22.0_xb
3.Run OctaneServer_Studio as admin (the icon appears in the taskbar
3.Run Blender_Octane_Edition as admin
4.Blender Opens Straight into Splash screen and with NO REEQUEST TO AUTHENTICATE.
Therefor I simply can not authenticate my blender subscription and am logged out of the Render server.
I've tried hitting the "Activation" button in the Octane Render setting withint Blender_Octane_Edition but it does nothing except the server icon automatically closes out.
I've high and low on the internet and I can't seem to find anyone else having this problem.
Is there a way to manually open the Authentication screen??
