How to create planet atmosphere?

Hello, in C4D there has Octane Fog Volume to create planet atmosphere ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OYR8MCI_xw ) , but in 3dsmax not found where the Fog volume is. How to create planet atmosphere in 3dsmax? Thanks.
