Analog to Blender's "Normal Map" Node?

Hello all!
I'm looking to see if there's a function in Octane that could be mapped to Blender that would do the same thing that Blender's own "Normal Map" node does?
More specifically, the output of this node generates a tangent normal map (including any modifications provided by a normal map.) Texture is red for "how much the normal points to z" (for example), green for how much it points to y, and blue for how much it points to x.
Said another way, it's what you'd get if requesting a Normal Pass from the render passes window. (Ideally with the option to provide Geometric, Smooth, Tangent, etc.)
Is this possible?
