Camera blocked

Hello everyone
I'm hitting a wall there.
I've prepared a scene with my camera sliding in a tunnel and following bombs falling from a plane. The camera has a target tag, targeted on an element falling below so I'm sure to keep it pointed downwards. It also has an Octane tag including denoiser, depth of field, motion blur and bloom.
My problem :
When I start a standard C4D render, my camera moves an falls properly, but as soon as I start an octane render , the camera position stays locked and refuses to move and fall. I didn't modify ANYTHING between those two renders. I tried 2 or 3 times but nothing changes.
my file : https://www.dropbox.com/s/tyxvoyg90fvq8 ... g.c4d?dl=0
C4D standard render (sorry in advance for the shitty quality) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/6simmy9yuxa8d ... 2.mp4?dl=0
Octane render : https://www.dropbox.com/s/89dp10vqbtzl3 ... b.mp4?dl=0
This really puzzles me.

Help?

C4D/Win 10 / GeForce RTX 2060

Did you try to make cache for dynamic effects? It's required for Octane

No I didn't. Where would you do that? I'm still quite a beginner.
Also, in theory I baked all the dynamics

Also, even weirder, when I try to render with C4D picture viewer, the camera moves as it should, but when I use the render queue (which I was using so far), the problem remains.
I could render it though the picture viewer, but it's not handy at all since I'm facing at least 4 days of render on this sequence and this would totally block the rest of my workflow.

Your scene is pretty puzzling me too! Why it's so slow to play or edit? Cannot help without understand your setup

Finally I got some comparison between standard and octane for first 150 frames. I cannot see any difference on geometry and camera animation between renderers. All looks good

I'm rendering your scene and I have no issues with the camera. Everything works fine.

I'm using Octane 4.05 R7 and Cinema 4D 19.068
Nvidia driver version 451.67

I'm totally puzzled, but I decided to render it via the picture viewer. Probably my mess of scene has created some illogic issue.
Thanks a LOT for trying to help anyway!!
