View Layers not rendering correctly for Octane output

Only one view is being rendered to file for the Octane output if that option is selected. The Blender output renders all the View Layers normally.
See sample file and renders.

I have found another issue with Octane and Render View Layers. This time using the compositor with FileIO nodes.
I placed that issue into a new thread, found here:
