Since I'm not able to post in the actual DAZ section, I'm looking for suggestions to achieve an effect
I want to have Tattoo's on my character Glow using emitters, I dont want the whole skin lit up as an emitter though just the tattoo's
thoughts? Ideas?

About the material, try to use the tattoo texture in the amount pin of a Mix Material, connected with the Skin and Emitter materials.
