spam moderators needed

hi all,
recently we, as well as many other forums are experiencing quite a few spam posts everyday, as most of you have noticed.
although we do our best to remove spam post as soon as possible, given that we cannot be online 24 hours per day, it might be a good idea to have a few well known, community members that have been part of the community for a long time, act as moderators for spam.
the new website which is still in the works, will address spam in a better way, but non bot spam posters will always find ways around anti spam measures...
are there any octane forum old-timers around that are interested ?
off course only people who we know well and can trust can be accepted for these privileges.

please send emails, this thread is not meant to become a discussion for suggestions and changes, we are currently extremely busy on those already, so I will close this thread, only well known, established forum members should apply via an email as explained above...
