Textures with Alphas Not Rendering to PV but Showing in LV

OK, I'm feeling very dumb at the moment. I have a model with a base material (mostly black) and then 2 universal materials that are masked out with an image texture in the opacity channel. In the Live Viewer it looks perfect, exactly as I want. When I go to render, only the base material is showing up.
I've switched on Alpha Channel in the settings thinking that might be it. But nothing seems to work.
