First of all Hello to octane community
just bought octane and maybe I am doing something wrong but from where to get the full version of octane?
or if I have to wait email /NZ time/ please excuse me in advance I am in europe.

You need to wait till the Guys in NZ wake up and get into the office.Then they should register you and send you an email.You will then be able to log on to the customer forum where the Beta releases are held.
Once you are on there.The latest release was today V2.49 beta.Look out for that thread.The first post on the thread will have a description of it and links for the appropriate download. IE win x64 or x32 or Linux or Apple.
