I am trying to achieve this look. I already have the fabric maps from substance source, I tried metallic and universal materials, probably I am doing somewhere not right but couldn't find the reason why I couldn't achieve it.
I would appreciate if you have any idea

You'll get better feedback if you post what you've got so far. Screen shots including the shader network would be good, and scene file of a simplified project even better.

I'm with Frankmci, I've got nothing I can work with here. Post the link to the substance and share some screenshots.
